Blondees @ Lynmore Policies

Booking an appointment at Blondees @ Lynmore constitutes automatic agreement to all salon policies.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Arrival Policy

To help us provide the best service to all clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Please contact us by calling 07 345 6454 and leaving a voice message or messaging Blondees @ Lynmore on Facebook.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 25% of the scheduled service cost. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. Any cancellation fees must be paid before your next appointment can be booked.

This also applies to clients who arrive for their appointment and choose to cancel part of their booked service without prior notice. For example, changing a Colour & Cut appointment to a Cut only appointment on arrival will be treated as a partial cancellation and may incur a fee based on the cancelled service.

All colour appointments require a deposit to be paid at least 7 days prior to the appointment date. Appointments without the required deposit may be cancelled.

If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or adjusted to fit the remaining appointment time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled and will be considered a no-show.

Cancelling an appointment after its scheduled start time will be classified as a no-show.

No-show appointments will be charged at 100% of the scheduled service cost, payable before any future appointments can be made. Clients who repeatedly no-show or fail to make contact may be refused future bookings.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise and appreciate your understanding that our time is just as valuable as yours. Thank you for respecting our policies and helping us provide a smooth experience for all clients.

Deposit Policy

A deposit of up to 25% is required for all appointments. This helps secure your booking and allows us to manage appointment availability fairly for all clients.

Deposits are required at the time of booking or when an appointment is confirmed. Without a deposit, the booking may not be secured.

Deposits are non-refundable. However, if at least 24 hours’ notice is given for any cancellation or rescheduling, the deposit may be transferred to a future appointment at the salon’s discretion.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the deposit may be forfeited. No-show appointments will result in the full deposit being forfeited.

Deposits are deducted from the final service cost on the day of your appointment.

Satisfaction Policy

Client satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your service, please contact us within the applicable timeframe below so we can assess your concerns:

  • Within 10 days of your appointment if you have been using the professional aftercare products recommended by Blondees @ Lynmore.
  • Within 5 days of your appointment if you have not been using the recommended professional aftercare products.

Where appropriate, we may offer an adjustment service at no additional cost. Adjustments are assessed on a case-by-case basis and must relate to the original service provided.

Please note that we are unable to offer adjustments, refunds, or corrections where professional aftercare advice and recommended products have not been followed. Proper home care is essential to maintaining the integrity and longevity of your service.

We are unable to offer refunds for completed services, change of mind, or concerns raised outside the applicable timeframes above.

We appreciate your understanding that all services are carried out with care, time, and professional expertise, and we aim to ensure every client leaves satisfied.

Emerging Stylist Support Policy

At our salon, we are committed to developing the next generation of talented hair professionals while maintaining the high standard of service our clients expect.

When you book an appointment with a Senior Stylist, an Emerging Stylist may assist with parts of your service, such as colour application, treatments, blow waving, or styling. This support allows our Emerging Stylists to gain valuable hands-on experience under the guidance and supervision of our Senior Stylists.

Emerging Stylists will only assist with services that they have been trained in, are confident performing, and can compete to a high professional standard. All work is overseen by the Senior Stylist responsible for your appointment, who will ensure the overall service and final result meet our salon’s quality expectations.

Our goal is to provide exceptional results while fostering a supportive learning environment for our team. We appreciate your support in helping us develop the future of our industry.

Right to Refuse Service Policy

Blondees @ Lynmore reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion to ensure the safety, wellbeing, and quality of service for all clients and staff.

Service may be refused (and deposits may be forfeited where applicable) for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Presence of head lice or scalp conditions that may pose a risk to staff or other clients
  • Inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behaviour toward staff or other clients
  • Incorrect service booked, resulting in insufficient time to safely and properly complete the service
  • Hair that contains excessive product buildup or home-use products that may compromise service results or safety (including box dye, metallic compounds, oils, treatments, or unsuitable non-professional products)
  • Hair condition deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the requested service
  • Previous chemical history not fully disclosed or incompatible with the requested service (e.g. chemical straightening or similar treatments)

We appreciate your understanding that these policies are in place to maintain safety, professionalism, and consistently high-quality results for every client.

A consultation is recommended for all new clients requesting colour or chemical services.
